As a Justice of the Peace for the State of New South Wales, Australia - I am proud to announce on behalf of millions of military and civilian Commonwealth citizens from various countries who are the victims of toxic poisoning that the "first Wednesday in August each year beyond 2009" will be "Agent Orange Remembrance Day".
